Shelburne Market: Your Go-To Spot for Local Flavors and Unique Finds in Shelburne, VT

It's a nice local market. It's a small business. They have less natural selection than I would like, but they have a lot of handmade and local foods and crafts. I ordered a sandwich. They have a Boar's Head bar, and the sandwich looked good. They have a lot of very unhealthy foods, but they have some good health foods and a lot of meat. Welcoming staff, not too talkative, but nice staff overall. I think it was pretty good.

A small market in a small mall area. We stopped in to buy drinks and sandwiches for a quick lunch. The store is a bit crowded with small aisles but they pack a lot into the small space. Some nice barbeque was being prepared in the deli area but we didn't have time to stand in line for that, sadly.

My fiance and I were visiting her brother and wife in Vermont for the weekend. Late on a Saturday afternoon we stopped at the Shelburne Market to pick a few things for an impromptu cookout. I was impressed with the selection of items for a local market and it felt like I stepped back in time when small , local markets were plentiful before all the large corporations took their place . Please visit and support Shelburne Market. It's a gem .

Great local market, with an amazing variety of items, delicious deli sandwiches and the occasional sale or special that compares price-wise to the larger stores. The prices, in general, are expectedly higher than at a grocery chain, since it cannot buy the same quantities; but I try to support it when I can, because it’s an asset to the community.

Great place t have on our door step but a little pricey for a proper shop. But staff are great and they generally have what you need in an emergency including lots of locals items.

There has been some improvements with the new cashiers, much more pleasant. I still think the prices are a little high on the produces and the meat/fish.

Shelburne Market Deli is the best! Not only is the food amazing, but every time I stop in, there is a sense of camaraderie among the staff and customers that makes my day. People are obviously happy just being there, so that it makes waiting a joy. Like old times! The Marinated Beef is incredible! I also love the salmon and mac and cheese. The manager, Will, is so kind and genuine. He seems to know almost all of his customers and makes them feel special. While it may cost a bit more than a larger store, it is well worth it. I cannot recommend this deli strongly enough!

Great market, small but always seems to have what I'm looking for. There's a nice deli counter in the back corner with some premade sandwiches and a nice selection of prepackaged desserts (cake slices, petite fours, etc.) plus more handmade stuff near the door, including the Douglas Sweets shortbread cookies from down the street. The only reasons I mark it down is because it can be a little pricy and the check out staff always seem to be disinterested/disengaged.
